For an eligible US PayPal business-account instant withdrawal of $100 in USD, the fee is $1.50, leaving $98.50 after the deduction. The business-account rate is 1.50% (min $0.50). This is a withdrawal fee, separate from the fee to receive a customer payment.

| Account | Standard withdrawal | Instant withdrawal | Fee floor / cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal | No fee | 1.75% | $0.25 minimum; $25 maximum |
| Business | No fee | 1.50% | $0.50 minimum; no maximum fee listed |
| Destination / period | Personal account | Business account |
|---|---|---|
| Instant to bank, per transaction | $25,000 | $25,000 |
| Standard or instant to card, per transaction | $5,000 | $50,000 |
| Card, per day | $5,000 | $100,000 |
| Card, per week | $5,000 | $250,000 |
| Card, per month | $15,000 | $500,000 |
A fee cap is not a transfer limit. On a $2,000 instant withdrawal, the personal fee is capped at $25; the business fee is $30. On $10, the minimum produces $0.25 personal or $0.50 business. Neither example checks eligibility, earlier withdrawals or account restrictions.
Standard transfers generally take 1-3 business days; instant transfers normally arrive within minutes, but reviews or bank processing can delay them. The destination and amount offered inside PayPal take precedence over a calculator estimate.

Coverage
If a market does not have a currently tracked official instant transfer row, the page labels that pricing as not currently listed instead of inventing a transfer fee.
Official Source Pages
The US APM row covers only the all-other-APMs tier, not named payment methods or payment links and buttons. Check the official schedule for those products.
The zero-fee standard-transfer baseline assumes an eligible withdrawal with no currency conversion. It is not a quote for every account or destination.
Use the methodology page if you need to confirm how unsupported or hidden transfer rows are handled.
The configured standard rate for instant transfers to eligible debit cards or bank accounts.
The minimum fee applied to smaller transfers when the percentage calculation would be lower.
No maximum cap is listed for this market in the fee data tracked by the project.
Instant transfer is usually only one part of the workflow. These pages connect the payout question with the fee pages that usually come before it.
Use the main calculator when you need to work out the fee on the incoming payment before you decide whether to transfer the balance out.
Open the fee table if you want to compare instant transfer pricing with checkout, donation, charity, or other PayPal business fee categories.
Open the receiving-money guide when the payout question starts earlier in the flow and you still need to estimate the incoming fee.
Use the international page if the payment itself is cross-border and you need to estimate the fee before the money reaches your balance.
